Well, I'm going to EDC Dallas this year and I haven't been in the whole dance scene for a long, long time. I'm wondering if anyone has any how to vids for a basic move that I can just lay back on there. I still got my freehanding skills and what not but def need something for the feet and without the sticks. Any help would be appreciated.

well the butterfly is a super easy move imo that you can always fall back on. but glowsticking isn't something that ya start and 2 weeks later are amazing at. it takes time and dedication to really flow fluently. just keep practicing and you'll get your own rhythm over time :dope

btw, sorry if i misinterpreted your post haha.

Jared, as Tribal said, he knows freehanding, but he doesn't know what to do with his feet ;)

Tribal, as for what to do with your feet, I'd suggest stomping or something like that (I'm no expert on dancing so I'm just throwing something out there).

Cheers

Heya Tribal!

I'll be at EDC Dallas, so come find me in the black visor and arms loaded with kandi.

As for footwork, the beauty of EDM music is that there is no rule of dancing that you have to follow. Just let the rhythm take over and your body will naturally move. If you have been to a dance event here in Texas, you will see that the majority of us stomp. Its pretty easy to get into, but you will seriously never stop. There is no specific way of stomping, as everyone learns different ways to do it. The only way to learn how is to literally get on the dance floor and stomp.
