I know this should be in the garage section of the forums, because its about cars though i figure more people read here. sorry about the excessive use of language in the story below but this was life or death in my hands honestly. Read away. Also please no flaming about those "oh thats what you get" kinda stuff, im not in the mood for it.

 

ALSO i cannot make any meets for along time, its gonna be awhile til i have a new ride.

 

Its so hard for me to type this right now. If any of you have been down anclote rd the back roads where the water and rails are....worst fucking night.

 

Im in front of another prelude and were having fun, not goin too fast at all around the turns. well we get to this one turn and i go around and i gas it a little. im doin about 40-50 ish around this and i feel this slide. im just goin "no no no no no" nail the bitch and i thought honestly i would of went through this guard rail. so i go to cut the wheel right and i slide right and i didnt have time to steer back, oversteered, hit these bushes and shit and go straight into the water. like if you went to busch gardens and rode tidal wave, picture a mini drop of that with that much water, my motor is sunk almost, i can see barely any of the hood. and this wave comes in, the first thing i thought was im gonna fucking sink, i open the door and jump the fuck out, im runnin through this water not giving 2 shits about what was in there. i run up to the top and i didnt know what to do. the people that were following me stopped too thank fucking god. my friend takes his slow ass way out. were on the way back and i call tunerman up and tell him what happened, he didnt have a tow rope but he still came out. i was happy as shit. we get to this gas station i call my brother to let him know what happened. and i figured id ask about a tow rope, my bros gettin wasted with a shit ton of people so he drags them out too. My bro cals someone and gets a tow rope finally, we waited almost an hour for this. BTW this happened at 2 am ish. this guy comes with the tow rope, oh yeah cops were out at the gas station buyin coffee and donuts. typical pigs....we thought we were gonna get in trouble for loitering. so we all leave and we see my car literally still there, i look at it, its not that bad honestly, i thought it was fucked up 10 times more. so we hook this shit up, pull it out and thats where the pictures below come into play. look at that shit. so after this the wheel was fucking hard to turn, we swapped 3 people doing this shit, btw a cop followed us too which was hilarious so we changed counties and he couldnt leave muhahaha. so we finally get this bitch home and here i am typing this story. I will be parting this out, let your friends know if they need anything from it? its all stock but i have a short shifter in and maybe some led's that may work? oh yeah a custom gauge pod, and 3 gauges (a/f, volt, oil pressure with sandwich plate and oil line coming in the mail soon) and some jdm headlamps all for sale.

agh, tough luck man... did you have insurance on the car?

 

yes and no, yes because wellll i have basic. no because i dont have collision coverage so it wont do shit, and i didnt call the cops, calling the cops is a stupid idea. im not getting a ticket.

That speed of 40-50 ish, are those miles per hour? If so, is that about 90 km/h?

now the s2000 is a killer car too....when i was in the market a couple of months ago, my choices boiled down to 4 cars, g35 coupe, 350z, rx8 or the s2000....I ended up going with the g35 only cause it had back seats....otherwise it prolly woulda been an s2000

I was going to get an RSX but I think Im going to wait a few years before I buy another car to build. Perhaps when I get out of basic and get settled somewhere.

Sorry to hear about your car bro, that really sucks. Cheer up tho maybe something good might come out of this, maybe you might get a new car that you will love more or nearly as much as you did with your lude.

 

My friend was canyon racing in his 350z, flew off the side, week later he's got an Integra GSR that he loves now way more than his 350z.

 

Hopefully you will have the same luck!

I loved pulling up to those v8 guys in there stangs and camaros and what not, they would look at me and smirk.....than i will sing em a song or turbo whistle and blow off valve....as i walked em.....v8.......mehh........
