Consider this a portfolio dump for now until I get my Etsy shop up and running.

 

I work mainly with seed beads, fire polished Czech beads, sterling silver and silver plated wire (sterling for earring hooks, the other for everything else), enameled copper.. etc. Working on earrings, necklaces, bracelets, hair sticks... we'll see what I come up with. Commissions pending once I figure out prices.

 

Everything is assembled by hand; the earring hooks are also made by hand (woo wire jigs!).

 

 

Sept 3rd, 2009:

 

 

 

Silver plated thin chain, sterling silver earring hooks (20 gauge), 6 mm fire polished round Czech beads, 6 mm fire polished glass drops, 5 mm Swarovski bicone crystals, 4 mm Swarovski bicone crystals, white metal head pins and eye pins. ~ 1 hour total.

 

Sept 15th, 2009:

 

 

 

 

 

First of the Deep Sea Maiden collection.

 

Varied length necklace; shortest is 16", longest is 20".

Materials: Nymo beading thread, Toho Seed Bead Cocktail in Blue Moon (the fact that I managed to use up 1/3 of the 50 gram mix.. yeesh), 4 mm and 6 mm fire polished Czech glass rounds in Topaz, 4 mm bicone Swarovski crystal, 6 mm teal fire polished Czech glass tear drop, assorted hardware.

Time: ... the better part of two hours?

Very nice looking. I bet you could make a good amount of money off of those. Just curious, is that a lamp you have them hanging from?
