zin 25
I guess the Fast & Furious franchise has gotten so formulaic and predictable that it's basically watching the last one with a new rapper-turned-actor having a role. Granted, it was great to see the old cast back, but that could only disregard so little of the disappointing elements. I felt some of the graphics and effects were far too overdone and kind of made it feel more like a video game than a movie. Not to mention it was paced way too quickly. The plot was better than the previous movies, but it moved too quickly and there were so many missing points. Thoughts? On another note, anyone notice a trend? Rorok 8
no 1st one was american, they thought johnny tran was responsible for the truck stealing, when all along it was dom and his buddys

zin 25
no 1st one was american, they thought johnny tran was responsible for the truck stealing, when all along it was dom and his buddys Dom & his buddy are main characters, the movie tries to portray them as protagonists. As for tuners, I wish they'd get the naming correct. Silvia S15 =/= 240sx. Anyone else catch all the references to the first movie? Owing a ten second car, NOS blowing up, someone close dying, the similar way they surround cars on the freeway, etc. etc... On another note, this movie had way more deaths than the past three combined.
Rorok 8
yea i noticed alot of references to the 1st movie. but idk if that was a mistake or done on purpose with the silvia, it even said silvia on the back
.:Sw3rls:. 0
it was mah, and alot of people died compared to the other ones
Xodiac 5
that's massive. the deaths would make me enjoy this movie thanks for the review mr zin. i'll go see this movie and see what's up ;o
MoonlightNinja 0
Yea i agree in the first fast and furious there was a sense of realism to it kinda felt like how the real races are and what really goes on in the life of a racer fast and furious 2 i was kinda disapointed it was all organized and professional and thats not really underground street racing tokyo drift was cool it kinda had that underground feel to it but the story was a bit randomn but aside from tthat the drifting and the scene of the movie were cool fast and furious(4)...i was mad they brought back the original actors from the first fast and furious but they just killed the whole series dom is suposed to be kinda of a rebel but he lowers himself to work for someone and they just took the underground feel from it i mean it took place underground but it didnt feel that way know what i mean and idk i just didnt like it at all it was like anyone could have created the exact same movie without any effort I think the first fast and furious and tokyo drift were the best but maybe there will be a 5th and maybe they might make a comeback
TheSherThang 0
You know they're definitely going to have a fifth as to how it ended. Did you catch how this was supposed to happen before tokyo drift? They seemed to use the same effects when the car was trying to miss stuff falling on their heads. They actually made a lot of comments back to all the movies with NOS, 10 sec, American muscle, etc... I rather enjoyed it but the underground feel is definitely gone. This movie was between the first and third, soo the references were really natural iMO =)
Charl3Y 0
movie was alright if tokyo drift came out after this one, then it would've been better since you know vin diesel doesnt die because he shows up at the end of TD
akamrchubs 0
i hated that movie....after the first one i just had enough of it. opening weekend of number one i went out to go race with my brother, i was 13 at the time, some retarded white guy in his bmw came out thinking he was all bad ass put down like 2 grand on the table and lost. he pulls out a fucking gun from his car takes the money and runs. srsly those movie have done nothing but bad to the tuner world. the culture that was set before that movie came out was a bunch of friends just hanging out and having fun.. now since those movies came out its a totaly new life in the mix. i loved that culture as many of you guys love the gsc life style. and now i see why you dont want me 2 string on the streets.(im pretty sure that guy died after some cholos shot up him house... well thats what i heard)
Errka 0
All I know is that Jordana Brewster is in it and that I want to have her finger babies. JUST SAYING.
twilightBlue 0
I enjoyed all 4 movies. None of them will every be confused as really good movies but entertaining. I like Tokyo Drift the best, mostly b/c the drifting and the cars (except for dropping the RB26DETT motor in the mustag). The best part of 2F2F was the R34. i hated that movie....after the first one i just had enough of it. opening weekend of number one i went out to go race with my brother, i was 13 at the time The first F&F definitely ruined after market modding. Everyone wants to add exhausts and NOS and turbos.... ooohhh and stickers, lots and lots of stickers for the whp.
