GlowingOtaku 0
In my opinion its one of the most epic super hero movies ever. I saw it friday night and im now wearing the tshirt and reading the comic. what did you all think? favorite parts/people?
Crisko 0
I loved the movie the only down side was seeing Mr.Manhattens penis in every other scene but it was an awsome movie
DreiHarteZero 0
I loved this movie, having never read the comic and having no background. I think it was good, but I wouldn't go so far as Epic. Top ten yes. I personally like Roshak(sp) in the prison. When the riot is going on. 8) Fun with buzz saws. BUt when i saw the flashback he had to the girl and the dogs, that made me sick. HeeYoun-Sohn 0
Haven't seen it yet, but I will soon. It looks truly epic. All of my friends have been telling me how good it was. The first thing one of them told me was about how much dick was in that movie.
.:Sw3rls:. 0
it is more then epic, forewarning to all, this isn't a movie to go see with your parents. It was truly epic in all aspects, including length. Pretty sure it was about 3 hours

Snoball 0
visual genius, and of course an amazing story... but the flippin music kept bringing me out of the story and destroying it for me.

They kept that in there? does it show the part with the dogs head split open? loved the "graphic novel", but i heard that the movie failed to capture the essence moore had created in it. also, i heard about floating blue penises before anything actually about the movie. i will most likely go and see it this weekend. Finding_Denno 0
I saw this movie on the midnight showing, and loved it =D. I didnt know anything about Watchmen, but it really kept me entertained the whole way through. Man the ending was kind of a twist for me o_O. I thought Adrian was just a dick.... guess he wasnt haha. And Rorshack(sp) at the end! How sad!
DreiHarteZero 0
You did notice the shape, though, right denno? It was his symbol.
prix 1
Please don't tell me they took out Tales of the Black Freighter. when i finally figured that part of the story out i was like "damnnnnnnnnnnn" now thats a connection. btw its Rorschach. there are no "k"s in it. spelled like the psychology test that looks like his mask.
alfff 0
Yeah they took that out. The only part related to that they showed was when the blasts went off, they hugged when it hit the vendor guy and dude reading. I saw the movie tonight and really enjoyed it. Before that I had only read the first chapter. Now Im reading the rest of it.

Yeah, they took the whole story out, that's one of the best parts of the graphic novel, it's soooo intense!
DreiHarteZero 0
Tales of the Black Freighter is going to be a separate DVD included in the Watchmen DVD because the director felt he could not give the Graphic Novel it's due respect by splicing it in. So, it's being animated and included as a separate disk.
adub 0
Just seen it tonight thought and it was great. Really different from the average superhero movie which was really dope. But in my opinion way to much dick not enough tits and ass. I mean I could handle maybe one or two scenes but that blue motherfucker was naked throughout a good portion of that movie. I was just sitting there thinking is that really necessary to have him naked walking around with his shit just out all stupid. Every other superhero was wearing a mask why couldnt he just put a mask around his over his dick so we wouldnt see that shit flapping around.

Genecrazy 2
The only thing I hated with this show is the use of 80s music. IT DID NOT FIT THE MOOD OF THE MOVIE. I dont care if the movie was set in the 80s, which probably influenced the directors to choose 80s music. But it did not fit at all. For example, the Funeral scene....like seriously? I was turned off by that. And another thing that bothered me was the pacing of the movie. It was way too slow. The movie didnt have to be that slow at all. A lot of the scenes dragged. Although the writing/dialog and story were amazing, it was just pacing it way too slow.
DreiHarteZero 0
I'm sorry Gene, but I loved the 80's music. I think it fit nicely and was a new idea for the movie. As for the pacing, I think it fit really well in 99% of the movie, especially if you were thinking about what all the little things meant in the end.
Dogman 0
I loved the movie the only down side was seeing Mr.Manhattens penis in every other scene but it was an awsome movie You saw it because you were looking for it. O_o So Danny Bonaducci is Rorschach? It makes sense. Why did he have to be killed? it seems dumb.
Tico 24
does anyone know if the movie is out on DVD yet? Cheers

DreiHarteZero 0
At least I'm pretty sure. They were talking about it at Comicon last weekend and I thought they mentioned it already being out.
Genecrazy 2
so i watched this movie for the 2nd time on blu-ray..and i liked the movie so much better for some reason. And the music did not bother me this time. I don't know why I disliked it so much the first time I saw the movie, but I have no problem with it anymore. I think its because this movie is more enjoyable when you watch it at home. I dont think this was ideal for a theatrical experience because the movie was so long, and there was a lot to grasp for 3 hours. lol
